Would not recommend at all
Positive: Location is good
Negative: Absolutely no sound isolation from the street (SO NOISY)
No integrated AC (impossible to open the windows to air it out since there was so much traffic noise
Lights were broken in the entrance
Water tank was leaking in the kitchen
One window was broken
